Restrictions are here! No burning off is allowed without a written permit from CFA and/or your local Council. Burning without one is a criminal offence. Permits can be applied for online at the CFA website. All applications require a site visit by a CFA Officer prior to approval so depending on how many applications we have as to the time-frame for issuing permits if approved.
