Erica Ski Hire closes UFN
Erica Ski Hire, the only local supplier of skis and chains has closed for this season. Their facebook post said “Given the poor conditions on mountain and the uncertainty around further lock-downs with today’s local case we are closing so we can enjoy some family time. If conditions improve we may reopen.”
They also pointed out that chains are compulsory until October and COVID tests are required for entry to Baw Baw.
“Saint Gwinear has the food van operating this weekend and while there is no snow at this stage, the plateau is coming back to life and presents a great opportunity for a walk.”
