Amendments to Local Laws coming
Baw Baw Shire Council is considering amendments to current Local Laws.
Some of the changes will address maintenance of unsightly properties, burning off, permits for shipping containers and relocatable dwellings, parking of cars on public land or reserves, timely garbage bin removal, roadside grazing and droving, animal management, truck parking on private land, smoking and alcohol in public places, open air fires, and other issues raised during the consultation period. Submissions close on 1 June 2021.
